Dr. Kenneth Adams - Medical Director, Nevada
Dr. Kenneth W. Adams is a dedicated emergency physician who has always strived to do right by his patients. He is our director in Nevada and has a close knit network of emergency physicians who serve the state. He has over 14 years of experience and completed his residency training in Emergency Medicine at Lincoln Medical Center in the South Bronx, NY.
Dr. Adams has active privileges at several Emergency Departments in the Las Vegas area. He holds medical licenses in both Nevada and Texas and is available to help patients in both states. Dr. Adams is revered by patients and colleagues alike for his high energy and positive attitude. He comes to work everyday to ready to help his patients and treats them exactly the way he would want to be treated.
Dr. Korosh Borhani - Medical Director, California
Dr. Borhani is board certified in Emergency Medicine, as well as Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. He is our medical director for the state of California. He aims to help make healthcare more accessible to everyone by offering innovative solutions to healthcare problems.
After completing his undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Biology from the University of California Irvine, Dr. Borhani went on to complete his medical degree from Midwestern University in Arizona. His post-graduate training and Board Certification was in Emergency Medicine at Michigan State University-Saint John’s Providence Hospital where he graduated as Chief Resident from one of the busiest trauma centers in Detroit.
With a penchant for sharing his knowledge, Dr.Borhani has also previously been an Associate Clinical Professor at Michigan State University and enjoys teaching medical students and medical residents in his spare time.
Dr. Ali Farzad - Medical Director, Texas
Dr. Farzad is a passionate board certified emergency physician who loves saving and improving the lives of his patients. He completed emergency medicine residency training at University of Maryland & Shock Trauma in Baltimore, MD. He went on to also complete a fellowship in Cardiovascular Emergencies at the University of Maryland, using this extra training to focus on gaining expertise in bedside echocardiography, emergency electrocardiography, teaching, and clinical research.
Dr. Farzad currently a works clinically at a level 1 trauma center in Dallas and serves as our medical director for the state of Texas. He has administrative duties as the medical director of Quality and Cardiovascular Emergencies in addition to serving as a core faculty member for the Baylor University Medical Center Emergency Medicine Residency Program.
Dr. Farzad also loves to teach and serves as a clinical assistant professor for Texas A&M College of Medicine, in addition to being an author and editor for the CorePendium online textbook of emergency medicine. He is excited for opportunities to his experience to positively impact as many lives as possible both inside and outside of the emergency department.
Dr. Laurence Dubensky - Medical Director, Florida
Dr. Dubensky is a board-certified emergency physician, who completed his training at Northwell Health, as well as in Miami, Florida since 2010. He is an assistant professor of emergency medicine and critical care at the FIU School of Medicine and Nova South Eastern osteopathic and allopathic schools. He helped found and serves as the Director of Education and Assistant Program Director for an emergency medicine residency program in South Florida.
